Label dashboard, roster and catalogue
See every artist and release in one place, keep artist profiles and contacts, and track masters and deliveries across the catalogue.

Label dashboard
Label dashboard is your home page in the Label view. It shows:
- Artists on your roster. Choose Add an artist to add one.
- Releasing soon: release dates in the next 90 days.
- Campaigns in progress, with links to their plans.
- Shortcuts to New project and Focus Sessions.
Roster and contacts
- Open Roster & contacts.
- Under Artists, open an artist to edit their Bio, Links, photo and intro clip. Their page lists their projects and the credits you can see.
- Under Contacts, keep the people you credit and deliver to: producers, writers, engineers, partners. Merge combines duplicates.
To put a project on an artist's page, open the project, choose More (⋯) → Edit details and pick the Artist profile.
Catalogue
- Open Catalogue.
- See every release with its type, release date, UPC, ISRCs, Official Masters and Delivery state.
- Filter by artist, masters progress (All songs mastered, Some masters, No masters) or delivery (Delivered, Not delivered, Outdated delivery).
- Choose Export CSV to download the list.
Common problems
- "The label dashboard shows an organization's artists and releases. You aren't a member of one yet." Ask your label's admin to invite you.
- "The catalogue is part of the Label plan." The organization's plan doesn't include it.
- A release shows Outdated delivery. Something changed after it was delivered. Build and send a new delivery (see Releases and deliveries).
