Content planning
Plan the campaign around the song.
Content ideas, shoots, edits, approvals, creators, press and the DSP package, all on the same song record and the exact audio version. VYNLT keeps the plan; your team makes the calls.
One week of the campaign
Every post, shoot, creator window and release on one calendar, with the song and the audio version on each.

How it works
- 01Start a campaign on the album or single. Every song joins it, with a brief, a priority and its official social audio.
- 02Plan ideas per song, 30 at a time if you like. Each one is its own item with a hook, a lyric line, platforms and a deadline.
- 03Batch them into shoots by location, look or camera, and print the shoot sheet for the day.
- 04Upload each edit. Edit 01 stays when Edit 02 arrives; feedback is pinned to the second.
- 05Creative, artist and label approve the current edit. Only then can it be scheduled and posted.
- 06Record results. Possible winners are flagged against your thresholds, and you decide what to make more of.
- EXACT AUDIO
The right version, every time
Each post, creator brief and creator pack points at a specific version of the song, so nobody posts an old mix.
- APPROVALS
Separate from the music
Content has its own steps, such as creative, artist and label. A named approver decides their step; nobody else can.
- EDITS
Never overwritten
Edit 01, Edit 02 and every comment on them stay on the record, and the approval is tied to the edit it was given on.
- CALENDAR
Reverse-planned from the date
Set the release date and the milestones work back from it: assets, shoots, creator windows, pitch and delivery.
- CREATORS
Packs for named people
Send a creator pack with the brief, the social audio and approved files. Each recipient signs in with the address you sent it to.
- PARTNERS
Your distributor, scoped
Give a distributor team its market’s plan, approved assets and DSP files, nothing else in your workspace. Revoke it in one click.
- DSP
Ready to deliver
ISRC, UPC, artwork, credits, lyrics, pitch and canvas in one checklist. Delivery waits until blockers are cleared, and a snapshot records what went out.
- TODAY
What needs you now
Approvals waiting for you, posts due, shoots tomorrow and blocked releases, on your phone in the morning.
- BUDGET
Money stays private
Fees, spend and budgets are visible only to people with budget rights. Everyone else sees the plan.
Questions
Does VYNLT decide what to post or release?
No. It shows the facts: what’s ready, what’s blocked, what performed. Suggestions such as a possible winner are flagged for a person to confirm. The optional AI drafts briefs, ideas and pitches for your team to edit; it never decides release priority.
Where do the performance numbers come from?
Your team enters them per post, platform and market, as often as you like. Each entry is kept, so you can see how a post grew over time.
Can a distributor or creator see our other projects?
No. Partners see the campaign for their markets and creators see their own pack. Both sign in with the address you invited, and neither joins your workspace.
Does it work for a single, not just an album?
Yes. A campaign can be a single, an EP or an album, with waterfall releases that add songs over time.
One home for every song.
Versions. Feedback. Masters. Your studio. Your cloud. Your team.
