What is Current vs Approved vs Official Master?
CURRENT is the newest version. APPROVED is the version signed off at a stage, by a named person. OFFICIAL MASTER is the final, locked master that gets released.
Can I see who opened a link?
You are notified when a share link is opened, and opens and downloads are recorded in the audit history.
Can A&R listen without downloading?
Yes. Give them the Commenter or Listener role, or a stream-only link. They can hear and comment; they can’t download originals.
