This guide is for anyone choosing a plan or wondering why a feature isn't showing. Prices aren't covered here: see Pricing.

Features follow the organization that owns the music, not the person listening. If a label invites you to its project, you can use that project's features there, whatever your own plan is. What you can do inside it also depends on your role.

The free Listener account

A Listener account is free. With it you can:

listen to music shared with you, and leave notes where the sender allows it
accept invitations to projects, workspaces and organizations
join Listening Rooms, Live sessions and Focus Sessions you are invited to
keep playlists and favourites

It doesn't give you a workspace of your own. To upload your own music you need a creator account (see Get started).

Two-factor authentication, passkeys, recovery codes, the device list and original-quality downloads are part of every plan.

Check your plan

Open Settings → Account & plan.
The top card shows your account type. Plans lists each organization you own or run, its plan, and what that plan includes.

Common problems

A button I expected isn't there. Check which organization owns the project, and your role in it. Your role may not allow it, or that organization's plan may not include it.
