Playlists, favourites and collections
Collect songs you are listening to in playlists, mark favourites, and group songs with tags and smart collections.

This guide is for everyone, including free Listener accounts. Playlists and favourites are personal. Collections help producers, studios and labels find songs across projects.
Playlists
- Open Playlists and choose New playlist (or Create a playlist).
- Give it a Title and, if you like, a Description, then create it.
- To add a song, open it, choose More (⋯) and Add to playlist.
Playlists you made are under Yours. Playlists others shared with you are under Shared with you. You can share a playlist like a song.
Favourites
Open a song and choose the heart (Add to favorites). Find them all under Favorites. Choose the heart again to remove one.
Collections and tags
- Add tags to a song from its header.
- Open Collections to see songs across projects, filtered by tag, status, approval, Official Master or custom fields.
- Choose Save as smart collection to keep a filter. It updates by itself as songs change.
Common problems
- A song vanished from my playlist. You may have lost access to it, or it was moved to the Trash.
- I can't see Collections. It shows in the Producer and Studio views. Switch view in Settings → Profile & preferences.
